The Blue Planet II audio-visual concert produced by BBC Earth, was staged at Wuxi Grand Theater in spectacular fusion of music on March 8.
Conductor Dong Chao, the Wuxi Symphony Orchestra, and a 12-member choir from the Shanghai Conservatory of Music came together to deliver a mesmerizing performance.
A colossal 4K resolution screen illuminated the theater, unveiling azure oceans, kaleidoscopic coral reefs, and extraordinary marine life.
The orchestra immersed audiences in an underwater realm, with violins evoking the ocean’s vast embrace and cellos calling to mind the sea’s vast depths.
Paired with ultra-high-definition footage, the live performance offered up an auditory and visual feast.
