Art performance by people with disabilities

Every four years, a large-scale performance takes place in Wuxi, where individuals with disabilities — be it physical, visual, or auditory impairments — are selected to showcase their artistic prowess. This event features a captivating array of showcases, spanning vocal and instrumental music, dance, and opera.

"Night of Music" performance by people with disabilities

Every year since 2021, Wuxi has organized the "Night of Music" gala and exhibitions of cultural and creative products by people with disabilities. Disable individuals who are enthusiasts of vocal music, animation, and painting are encouraged to participate in various cultural and artistic training programs.

Wuxi Children's Spring Festival Gala

As a leading children's talent show in the city, Wuxi Children's Spring Festival Gala has been held four times to date, garnering significant attention and support from residents.

Grandpa and Grandma Who Make Waves

The second "Grandpa and Grandma Who Make Waves", a song and dance competition in Wuxi, was launched in May 2024 and saw over 150 elderly art teams register within just 20 days. Programs include dance, chorus, innovative instrumental performances, opera singing, and fashion art dance.

Wuxi Elderly Spring Festival Gala

Since its inception in 2015, the Wuxi Elderly Spring Festival Gala has been held eight times, becoming an annual event eagerly anticipated by elderly residents. It also serves as a splendid platform for showcasing the energy and colorful lives of its participants.

"Lark" art performance activities for younger students

The "Lark" art performance activities have been held in Wuxi for 43 years. This month-long event attracts nearly 30,000 students from 448 primary and secondary schools in the city, featuring over 1,300 performances. In 2024, its livestream amassed 3.69 million views, highlighting its cultural impact.
