Wuxi in East China's Jiangsu province held a cultural exchange activity featuring the culture along the Grand Canal in Jiangsu at a university in Zagreb, capital of Croatia, on June 13.

The activity, titled "Whispers of Tea along the Grand Canal", ingeniously combined visual, auditory, taste, and interaction, attracting many people in Zagreb, including students and teachers from the university.

A flash mob performance with musicians dressed in traditional Chinese clothing sparked enthusiasm among passersby and successfully led the crowd into the activity's main exhibition hall.

Guided by professional interpreters, the on-site guests explored the five main exhibition areas and two interactive areas along carefully designed routes, giving high praise to the exquisite performance of the Wuxi Symphony Orchestra, on-site demonstrations by master artisans, and the innovative fusion of tea and coffee.

The "Listening to Wuxi" photo exhibition focused on Wuxi's top musical attractions, while the "Harmony and Melody" area resembled a small concert hall, where the Wuxi Symphony Orchestra and local musicians performed together, with Jiangsu folk songs echoing with Croatian melodies. In the "Intangible Cultural Heritage Craftsmanship" area, Yixing purple clay teapot makers, Huishan clay figurine makers, and other practitioners of intangible cultural heritage in Jiangsu demonstrated their skills.

The "Tea Tasting" area was filled with the fragrance of tea. The tea artist's fluid and graceful tea ceremony performance was captivating, allowing the audience to taste Jiangsu's finest teas, such as Biluochun and Yangxian snow buds, and experience hand-brewing while enjoying delicious tea snacks.
